Alberta Adventure Divers pro-staff takes pride in offering instruction which focuses on skill based completion of skills, rather than time-based instruction. We will work with students to ensure they are competent at performing dive skills. In the event that a student must withdraw from a class, the following apply:
Course refunds:
If students are unable to attend a scuba diving course they are registered for, please notify us as soon as possible.
Course Refund & Reschedule policy:
- More than 7 days notice: Students will receive a full refund (or reschedule) without penalty.
- Online training codes must be unused in order to receive full refund. Fees will apply to codes that have been registered in the student's name.
- Textbooks must be returned (unused and in new condition) to receive the full course fee refund.
- 48 hours to 7 days notice: a $100 per person administration fee will be withheld from the refund or will be required to be paid if less than 7 days notice but more than 48 hours notice is given.
- Less than 48 hours notice will result in no refund however we will accommodate by rescheduling to the best of our ability.
Notes:
- Students are responsible for completing all forms and course work.
- Not showing up for, or inability to participate in a course, will be accommodated by rescheduling to the best of our ability.
- An unexpected pool closure or lake weather preventing a course from proceeding as planned will be accommodated by rescheduling to the best of our ability.
Return Policy for products purchased:
Return of any products purchased from the store for refund or exchange must be:
- Within 30 days of original purchase
- Accompanied by an original receipt for the products
- Unused and in original packaging
Used Gear Sales
- All used/rental gear is a final sale, sold as is
Refunds for dive trips
- Each operator has different refund policies, which are outlined in their documentation.
- Note the deposit dates, and give as much notice as possible if you are unable to take a trip.
